Peggy was Born in Inez, Kentucky where she grew up until she met the love of her Life, Willie Sluss, they were married in May 1964 and started their life and moved to Missouri, where they built their home in Linn Creek and started their family. They loving raised their children and everyone elses children. 

Peggy and her family including her parents and her friend Big Blanche whom she thought of as a Mom, her husband Willie and his mother Nannie Mae
